Ron Holland follows Matas Buzelis into the Draft

A few days after Matas Buzelis, his Team Ignite teammate Ron Holland decided to follow the same path: the latter in fact announced to ESPN that he was going to enter the 2024 Draft.

This is not a surprise since he came to this team, which will disappear, to prepare for the big leap this year. A successful bet for this versatile winger (2m03), who averaged 19.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.3 interceptions, in the doldrums of his team (6 victories in 50 matches).

“This season was an opportunity to learn and grow,” he confirms. “All the losses were exhausting, but they helped me grow mentally by learning my role, learning how to play and letting the game come to me. »

His season was cut short by a ruptured tendon in his right thumb. He has missed the last 19 matches, but has been able to return to the courts for several weeks already, to prepare for the Draft.

In the various forecasts, Ron Holland should be called among the first fifteen names on June 26 and 27 in New York, since the Draft is now organized over two days.
