Rockets interested in Alec Burks

Six days before the resumption, the Rockets are not finished with their recruitment. Free of Kevin Porter Jr., they would be on the trail of a fullback, and Yahoo! Sports evokes three avenues, including one serious. Thus the leaders of Houston began discussions with the Pistons with a view to an exchange ofAlex Burkswho averaged nearly 13 points per game last season with a very decent 41% from 3-point range.

In terms of salaries, it fits with the contract of Victor Oladipo, who has just arrived from the Thunder, and Burks would bring more experience and especially outside shooting to Houston. With the Pistons, he remains an interesting understudy, and in the preseason, he averaged 7.5 points per game in 18 minutes.

Still according to Yahoo! Sports, Houston would also have tested the waters with the Jazz for Talen Horton-Tucker, and the Blazers for Malcolm Brogdon. But these are two complicated tracks, especially since neither the Jazz nor the Blazers will be satisfied with Victor Oladipo’s contract.
