Playoffs and play-ins | The Eastern Conference table

Finally, the last day of the regular season moved the lines in the East as the Bucks fell to 3rd place. The evil tongues will say that this was their objective for two weeks, just to face the Pacers in the first round of the playoffs, and not the winner of the “play-in” between the Sixers and the Heat.

Result: it is the Knicks who finish 2nd, and it is a remarkable result considering their many misfortunes with the injuries of Julius Randle and OG Anunoby. But they will challenge the Sixers, who remain on 8 consecutive victories, or the Heat, 2023 finalist.

Both the Heat and the Sixers will have two chances to qualify, and the loser will then face the winner of the play-off between the Bulls and the Hawks. Which means the Celtics could face the Sixers or the Heat in the first round!

Here is the program !

PLAYOFFS

Boston (1) – winner of the 3rd play-in game

New York (2) – the winner of Philadelphia – Miami

Milwaukee (3) – Indiana (6)

Cleveland (4) – Orlando (5)

PLAY-IN

Friday April 19 : Miami or Philadelphia – Atlanta or Chicago 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes
