A procedural defect which can be corrected next June, if James Harden still has his initial intention to activate this lucrative option for the 2022/23 season. He could immediately sign this famous extension of madness over four years, for 223 million dollars.
By then, the two camps will in any case have the opportunity to draw up an initial assessment of his association with Joel Embiid according to their playoff campaign next spring.
