Pierre Parker takes the lead at the Spurs

While all eyes have (logically) been on San Antonio since the highly publicized arrival of Victor Wembanyama at the Spurs, in the company of Sidy Cissoko, selected in the second round of the 2023 Draft, a third Frenchman will evolve in the bosom of the Texas franchise.

After Tony Parker, who made the heyday of the Spurs for more than a decade, it is his brother Pierre who is trying to make his mark there in turn, within the staff of Austin in the G-League in the occurrence.

Already a video assistant for the Spurs (in San Antonio) last season, and coach of the under-21 team at Asvel before that, Pierre Parker will this time help new Austin Spurs managerWill Voigt, former coach of the Angolan selection in particular.

Pierre Parker thus completes the Spurs staff of G-League, alongside Willis Hall, newly appointed, and Jesse Childs who will for his part chain a third season in the antechamber of the Great League.
