Paris Basketball hits the big Lô

A world champion in Paris! After signing an NBA champion as coach with Tiago Splitter, and retaining Nadir Hifi and TJ Ford, Paris Basketball announces the signing of Maodo Loworld champion in 2023 with Germany. Aged 31, the teammate of Dennis Schroder and the Wagner brothers arrives from Olimpia Milan, and he will be perfect to support the Ford-Hifi duo at the back.

Even though he has played little at the Olympic Games, Lô is an experienced full-back, and wherever he goes he wins! German champion in 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022, he won the Italian champion title last season. He is a regular in the Euroleague, a competition that the Parisian club will discover for the first time.

“Maodo is a very complete playmaker, with great intelligence and significant experience in the EuroLeague” reacted Amary Sythe sports director. “He is able to speed up the game and manage the tempo of a match at a very high level. Like the rest of the group, he has a superb state of mind with a sense of teamwork. But he also knows how to take responsibility when necessary.”
