No “beautiful” between Scoot Henderson and Victor Wembanyama

Opponents twice last October, Scoot Henderson and Victor Wembanyama will have to wait until the regular season to challenge each other again. As the Blazers and Spurs face off this Sunday, ESPN announces that Henderson is forced to forfeit the reunion with “Wemby”. “We are waiting for the results, but things are better,” he explained during the day.

The results are good. There is nothing to worry about, but the Blazers staff prefer to keep him warm tonight for the game against Spurs. But his status is “day-to-day”, and unlike Amen Thompson, he could therefore play again this summer in the summer league.

Out on injury in the game against the Rockets, Henderson had accumulated 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists, and he had given himself a good note after this first. “I thought I played well,” Henderson said. “I know there are areas where I need to improve, little things in my game that I think I can perfect and master. I really think I’m meant to be myself in times like this when people might snap. I think those times bring out the best in me, honestly. I like the spotlights and the big stages”.
