Nike offers sponsorship deal to Bronny James

LeBron James has a lifelong bond with Nike, and the bond with the brand will now span generations.

ESPN’s Nick DePaula announces that Phil Knight’s outfitter has signed NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) contracts to five athletes: Caitlin Clark (Iowa), Haley Jones (Stanford) and JuJu Watkins (Sierra Canyon). ) for the girls, but also Bronny James (Sierra Canyon) and DJ Wagner for the boys.

We do not know for the moment the amount of the agreement for the son of LeBron James, who should go through the NCAA box (UCLA, USC, Michigan, Ohio State and Oregon are in the ranks) before trying to join the NBA.

Note that DJ Wagner is the son of Dajuan Wagner, a huge scorer in high school who unfortunately did not have the hoped-for NBA career, after being the 6th choice of the 2002 Draft. His son is ranked first by ESPN in his age group and he could “avenge” his father if he eventually wins in the Great League.
