Minor elbow surgery for Jarace Walker

Slight setback in the summer preparation of Jarace Walker. As reported by ESPNthe rookie of Pacers has indeed undergone surgery, aimed at removing foreign bodies present at the level of his right elbow.

Minor, this operation will not however prevent the 8th choice of the last Draft from being ready for the “training camp”, which will begin in mid-September. Good news for Indiananot really varnished in terms of injuries in recent years, and who should quickly empower his player of almost 20 years in position 4.

Former resident of the University of Houston, Jarace Walker was productive during the Summer League in Las Vegas, posting 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 against average over four games (30 minutes). Even if his percentages of success (34% in shooting, including 18% in 3-pointers, and 44% in throws) have somewhat spoiled the note, even if the summer league is often synonymous with clumsiness in shooting.
