Miami changes the name of its room again

It took the Heat just under five months to find a naming sponsor for its venue after the FTX scandal forced it to temporarily rename its venue to Miami-Dade Arena.

The Florida franchise has formalized a new partnership with the company Kaseya, among the leaders in the IT management and security software market whose headquarters are based in Miami.

The amount and duration of the agreement were not disclosed. We know, however, the new name of the den of the Heat: the “Kaseya Center”!

“The collapse of our previous partner took everyone by surprise, but together with Miami-Dade County, we worked efficiently and incredibly quickly to fill our naming rights vacancy with Kaseya, a local, dynamic company. and growing that creates employment opportunities for South Floridians”, said Eric Woolworthpresident of business operations for the HEAT Group.

For the record, Udonis Haslem will therefore have known four different hall names since his arrival at the Heat almost 20 years ago: the AmericanAirlines Arena, the FTX Arena, the Miami-Dade Arena and the Kaseya Center, inaugurated at the occasion of the last regular season game against Orlando this Sunday.
