Like Joel Embiid, Isiah Thomas suffers from Bell's disease

A little-known pathology, Bell's facial palsy was highlighted during the last playoffs when Joel Embiid revealed that he suffered from this disease. It is a temporary neurological disorder that causes weakness or paralysis on one side of the face. It often comes on suddenly and usually goes away within a few months. and Friday, Isiah Thomas revealed that he suffered from the same illness.

I have Bell's palsy, and that's why you see me like that. I appreciate the prayers and that affection, but that's why my mouth is like that.
