Landry Shamet interests several title candidates

As the Wizards decided not to activate the $11 million option on his contract for the upcoming season, Landry Shamet is now free. And even though he is still coming off the worst season of his career, with an average of 7.1 points and 34% 3-point shooting, the shooter is still being watched.

The proof with the indiscretions of HoopsHypewhich announces that several teams, and ambitious ones at that, have the former Washington player in their sights: the Bucks, the Heat, the Wolves and the Knicks. A possible return to the Wizards would not be ruled out either.

If he were to join Milwaukee, Landry Shamet would be reunited with Doc Rivers, whom he met at the Clippers. On the New York side, there is room in the group and they are looking to recruit shooters, and that is why Davis Bertans' name is circulating. With his 38% success behind the arc in his career, the former Suns player is obviously also interesting in this area.

Finally, the Miami and Minnesota franchises still have a place on their roster and Landry Shamet is one of the last good picks available on the market. Especially if he has to settle for the minimum…
