Because before playing against each other in the regular season, a double confrontation will take place in the preseason between the Lakers and the Suns. The two teams will challenge each other in preparation for the first time on October 6 in Palm Springs, two hours from Los Angeles.
Another Lakers-Suns meeting is scheduled for Phoenix between October 7 and 14, according to Azcentral.com. This will not be the only double-header that the Lakers will play during the preparation.
