They’re going to need a third team to take on a big salary. Those conversations are ongoing. I think there are other scenarios for DeMar DeRozan, but I think Sacramento is the team to watch between now and the end of the moratorium in the next 24 to 48 hours.”
In short, if the Kings part with one or two players to get DeMar DeRozan, the latter will head to a third team (Utah, Detroit, etc.). We obviously think of Kevin Huerter, or even Harrison Barnes as a bargaining chip.
