Like other franchises in recent days, the Kings have extended certain young people, ESPN teaches us. They are Keegan Murray, Davion Mitchell and Chris Duarte, all of whom are now under contract with the Californian team until 2025.
For the first, it was his third year which was activated. Keegan Murray is coming off a very interesting rookie season, averaging 12.2 points and 4.6 rebounds and above all 206 award-winning baskets scored at a 41% success rate in this exercise. After such a successful first year, a lot is now expected of him.
For Davion Mitchell and Chris Duarte, the option for the fourth year of the contract was exercised. The Kings playmaker had a less successful second season than his first, with only 5.6 points per game.
The fullback/winger has just arrived in Sacramento during the summer, where he reunites with Domantas Sabonis, his former teammate from Indiana.
