John Collins out at least until All-Star Break | NBA

Not content with being corrected by the Spurs at home, Atlanta also lost John Collins mid-game. The interior, who complained of the heel, underwent MRI scans yesterday to assess the nature of his injury and the length of his downtime. The verdict quickly fell: John Collins suffers from a stretched tendon and he will therefore be rested and under treatment until the All-Star Break.

In its press release, the Georgie franchise specifies that its case will be reassessed after this date.

John Collins will therefore miss at least the next three Hawks games, scheduled against the Celtics, Cavaliers and Magic. Atlanta will then resume on February 24, next to Chicago.
