Jimmy Butler in history: the Bucks are on one knee!

Under the impetus of the ghost Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks stifle the entry Heat, and quickly take a ten-point lead (15-5). Overwhelmed by their opponents, Erik Spoelstra’s men will rely on one man: Jimmy Butler. The latter puts the team on his back by scoring 11 of Miami’s first 17 points, to allow his team to stay in contact (23-17). Despite Jimmy Butler’s 22 points, Milwaukee leads after this first quarter (33-28).

More aggressive, Miami enters well in the second quarter, and comes back up to its opponent (38-38). Milwaukee will then give a boost to achieve the break again (47-38). Despite an attempt at a “comeback” from the Heat, the Bucks resist and keep a seven-point lead at halftime (57-50).

The start of the 3rd quarter is balanced, with two teams going blow for blow. Nevertheless, Mike Budenholzer’s men maintain the gap with their opponent (71-63). The last minutes of the quarter are to the advantage of Milwaukee, which takes the lead at the start of the last 12 minutes (89-78).

At the beginning of the last act, we feel the Heat a wire. However, Erik Spoelstra’s players resist, and remain in ambush (98-89). On a basket concluded with the fault, Jimmy Butler brings Miami back to five points with 5 minutes remaining (101-96). Under the impetus of Caleb Martin and still Butler, the Heat made an incredible 13-0 run to take the lead for the first time in the match (102-101). Jimmy Butler, again, completely caught fire in the final minutes, and gave the Heat a three-point lead 1 minute from the end (112-109). Carried by a historic Jimmy Butler, author of 56 points, the Heat created a sensation by winning at the finish (119-114), and leading 3-1 against the Bucks.

WHAT YOU MUST REMEMBER

– Jimmy Butler’s 56 points. There really is no adjective to describe what we have just witnessed. But to put it simply: Jimmy Butler was in the zone! While the Bucks completely dominated the start of the game, Jimmy Butler or rather “Playoffs Jimmy” took matters into his own hands in the first quarter. He then scored 22 of Miami’s 28 points in the first 12 minutes. The address makes the performance even crazier: 9/10 in shooting including 2/2 at 3-points! During the entire match, he made misery to all his defenders including Jrue Holiday. He caught fire again at the end of the match with 21 points scored in the 4th quarter, finishing in total with 56 points at 19/28 (67.9%) in shooting! History …

– The Bucks on the brink of elimination. After dominating the whole game (and even the whole regular season…), they collapsed incomprehensibly in the 4th quarter by conceding a 41-25, against the Heat of a galactic Jimmy Butler. Now down 3-1, Milwaukee returns to Wisconsin on the brink of elimination.

⛔️ Khris Middleton. Like Jrue Holiday, he too was not having a great night. Only 4/12 shooting.
