As James Harden’s introductory press conference with the Sixers takes place tomorrow, Philadelphia has already announced that the 2018 MVP would not play again until All-Star Weekend, scheduled for the weekend.
Consequently, the former Nets player, landed in Pennsylvania at the “trade deadline” and who is recovering from his hamstring injury, will not participate in the next two games of his new team (against the Celtics then at the Bucks ), or the 2022 All-Star Game.
Which means that the NBA will have to find a replacement for James Harden, in order to integrate Team LeBron, this Sunday. For now, four candidates are emerging, pending the announcement of Adam Silver: Jarrett Allen (Cavaliers), Pascal Siakam (Raptors), Jaylen Brown (Celtics) and Jrue Holiday (Bucks).
