Jaden McDaniels hits a wall and breaks his hand!

Jaylen Brown’s injury was unlucky, but then Jaden McDaniels is as unfortunate as it is stupid, reminding us of Amar’e Stoudemire with a fire extinguisher, in 2012…

Probably irritated by the performance of his team against the Pelicans, as well as by the confusion that arose between Rudy Gobert and Kyle Anderson, the winger of the wolves lost his temper and hit a wall, returning to the locker room at halftime.

The problem is that the shock was so violent that Jaden McDaniels (12.1 points, 3.9 rebounds) did not come back into play after the break and he simply… fractured his right hand! An information reported by ESPN at the end of the meeting.

Suffice to say that this injury will have serious repercussions for Minnesota because, even if Chris Finch’s men managed to win to secure 8th place in the Western Conference without their 22-year-old player (nor Rudy Gobert…), they will now have to live without their best outside defender, while LeBron James and the Lakers will face them in the play-in on Tuesday night.

Then, in the event of qualification in the playoffs, the teammates of Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards will also have to play the Grizzlies (or the Nuggets) without Jaden McDaniels, because it will obviously be for many weeks of absence…
