Grizzlies part ways with Derrick Rose!

Will we ever see again? Derrick Rose on an NBA court? The question is worth asking since The Athletic announces that the Grizzlies have just cut him a few days before the start of training camp, and it will be very difficult for him to find a place on a roster.

A few days before blowing out his 36 candles, Rose will no longer be there to chaperone Ja Morant, and the former 2011 MVP remains on a truncated season with only 24 games to his name for an average of 8 points. When you look at a Vince Carter, the number of teams he's played for, and the years he's played. It all makes sense.”

Rose cut, the Grizzlies now have 13 players under guaranteed contract, and they therefore have the possibility of signing two additional players. Why not Markelle Fultz, still a free agent…
