A few hours after Argentina won the AmeriCup, rumors surfaced of the arrival, or rather the return, of Facundo Campazzo at Real Madrid. But the player’s agents stepped up to deny it.

Left free by the Nuggets, Facundo Campazzo had already announced that he wanted to stay in the NBA where he believes he did not really have a chance.
” My priority is to continue in the NBA. For the moment, I don’t have in mind to return to Europe. It’s obvious that at some point it will happen, but not now.” he announces. “I was very clear: I want to try again, whatever the franchise, but try again”.
Even though Real is a second home for him, he will only return there when he has no options left.
” It wouldn’t be painful at all to go back to Spain, I’m not closing any doors. It would be an illusion to become obsessed with staying in the NBA. Maybe I don’t even have an offer. Real Madrid has always been a second home to me, but I have to wait. The truth is that I have no other option yet”.
