On the last action of the match, Erik Spoelstra felt that his players had done the job. Sometimes it just takes a little for the coin to fall on the right side. Tonight, that was not the case.
“Ideally, you hope you did the right things. And then the ball bounces in a certain way, the only one that couldn’t have hurt us more. But I think we had a lot of things checked on this action, but sometimes things just don’t go your way. But I don’t think we can have any particular regrets on that. It’s just unfortunate. But the whole season has been like that, and it’s been an amazing streak so far.”

“This time, I don’t know how we’re going to get there, but we’re going to go out there and do the job. We’re going to focus on that; over the next 48 hours. We haven’t had anything easy this season, so we’re going to have to go through it. This is how it should be for our group. We would like to be able to play again now, and play 48 minutes again. But we will wait 48 hours and do it in Boston”he concluded.
