Devin Booker’s Book 1 is inspired by the famous Air Force 1

Things are also moving on the sneaker market, since after the formalization of the signing of Kyrie Irving at Anta, the one who is designated as his successor at Nike, Devin Bookerjust saw the first images of the Book 1 his first signature shoe to be unveiled by SneakerNews!

The specialized site sees in these few photos a tribute to the Nike style developed in the 80s, with clearly an Air Force 1 side for the sobriety of its upper, in black on which a large “swoosh” stands out in gold. We can also see similarities with the Kobe line, which Booker greatly appreciates.

There is also the “BOOK1” logo on the tongue, as well as a “96” in a nod to his year of birth on the pull tab, all resting on a translucent outsole.

Expected for 2024, the Book 1 should benefit from these colors for its first releases. Note that the model is still likely to evolve on some alterations, but we should generally stay on this design.
