From his rookie season in 2018, De'Aaron Fox was able to get closer to Tony Parker from whom he learned the ropes of the trade. The French leader already saw him as his successor, particularly in relation to speed with the ball in hand, one of TP's strong points.
“He has taken a big step forward since last year”Tony Parker declared in January 2019. “He is much more comfortable, he controls his game better, rushes less, he is playing really well this year, I am proud of him. He has progressed a lot and I think he can go very far in this league. He has all the tools to become an All-Star.”
Tony Parker was right, and the Kings leader continues to be a hit with an ever more complete line of stats over his first 15 games of the current season. Speed is still one of his main assets, and that's exactly what he highlighted in his first promotional clip for the Curry Fox 1, his first signature shoe. In summary, of all the shoes that can exist, from cowboy boots to ankle boots, De'Aaron Fox goes fast, but it's with the Curry Fox 1 that he is the fastest.
A fox logo
The first photos captured this summer were mouth-watering, notably with the presence of the Kings leader's logo, which will take the form of a silhouette… of a fox (“fox” in English) forming the letter D.
In terms of design of the upper, standing out here between black, purple and fluorescent green “Volt”, we can see that a strap will run across the middle of the foot and cover the laces.
Its silver tip also illustrates the tail of a fox. The upper will be between mesh and leather. Stephen Curry's name and the “Curry Brand” logo will also appear on the shoe which sits on a full-length “Flow” sole. The release of the Curry Fox 1 is announced for December 6.
