Coaches of the month | Tyronn Lue honored for the first time in seven years

We expected Mark Daigneault for a grand slam for the Thunder in December after the choices of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren as Player and Rookie of the Month in the West. But the NBA chose Tyron Lue for the Western Conference Coach Of The Month trophy. After a period of doubt following the arrival of James Harden, the Clippers recovered their heads in December with 11 victories in 13 matches! For Lue, this is a first reward since… December 2016!

In the East, no surprise with the choice of Joe Mazzulla, whose Celtics won 12 out of 14 matches to move into 1st place in the NBA. Jayson Tatum's teammates have only lost 7 matches this season for 79% victories. This is the second time that Mazzulla has been awarded.
