Clippers still looking to trade Marcus Morris

If the triangle exchange between Boston, Washington and Los Angeles had not collapsed, Marcus Morris would then have taken the direction of the Wizards. As we know, the transfer did not take place and Memphis entered the dance, recovering Marcus Smart.

Finally, Marcus Morris is still in California but according to Mark Stein, the leaders of the Clippers have nevertheless not given up on parting with it. They are still looking to transfer it, in particular to recover a “traditional” leader.

At the same time, our colleagues from Los Angeles Times explain that Markieff’s brother would have expressed his dissatisfaction with his role in Los Angeles. Holder all year, the interior did not play the last regular season matches and only played three games in the playoffs, against the Suns. Mainly because Kawhi Leonard was injured.

As a reminder, he will be out of contract at the end of the 2023/2024 financial year and will still receive 17.1 million dollars next year!
