Calvin Booth, Denver sporting boss until 2025

As often with the Nuggets, we focus on continuity and stability: the Denver Post actually reports that Calvin Booth has already extended with the “Mile High City” club.

Promoted internally this summer from GM to president of basketball operations for the Nuggets, replacing Tim Connelly who left to take up the same position with Wolves, Calvin Booth is now linked to the Nuggets at least until the end of the 2024 season. 25.

For his first off-season as the club’s sporting boss, the 46-year-old manager mainly worked on the defense of the Nuggets, notably with the recruitment of Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Bruce Brown.

Without forgetting a coherent Draft, marked in particular by the selection of the reigning university champion with Kansas, the energetic Christian Braun. Enough to hope to best surround Nikola Jokic, counting on the return from injury of Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. to aim ever higher.
