Eight wins for two losses. This is the record of the Fever since the resumption after the 2024 Olympics, and last night, the teammates of Caitlin Clark made their best comeback of the season. Led by 16 points against the Dream, they managed to snatch victory after overtime (104-100) with 26 points, 12 assists and 5 rebounds from Caitlin Clark, but also 30 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists from Aliyah Boston. The 2023 Rookie Of The Year sets her career high in points, and becomes the first player in Fever history to sign a game with at least 30 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists.
“It's impressive to see that we were still in the game at half-time”, appreciated Caitlin Clark. “We felt like we were in the game even though we had really played a rotten half. I'm proud of our group. And then [Aliyah Boston] was incredible.”

Even though Clark regretted losing 9 balls, the Fever rookie achieved a small feat tonight. She played the entire match, 45 minutes, and that hadn't happened for a rookie since… 1999!
For stats lovers, she also became the first player to average at least 25 points and 10 assists over five games. Tonight was her fifth game of the season with at least 25 points and 10 assists, and she already tied Sabrina Ionescu's record set in 2020. Another WNBA record: it's her 10th game in a row with at least three 3-pointers.
With 19 wins and 17 losses, the Fever has not let up after validating its ticket for the playoffs, and we will know more about the team's potential this week since Caitlin Clark and her partners host the Aces, the two-time defending champions, twice.
