Since the end of September, Jae Crowder is away. The interior of the Suns does not play and awaits his transfer. Several teams are logically interested (Boston, Cleveland, Dallas), but only one has really advanced in this file and started discussions: Atlanta.
According to information from The Athletic, two new franchises have reportedly shown interest in the Boston alum. These are the Bucks and the Heat.
It’s not totally a coincidence since the two teams have one thing in common: they lost PJ Tucker two years ago. The latter had left Milwaukee after the 2021 title for Miami, before leaving for Philadelphia this summer.
Crowder, with his experience, his 3-point shoot and his feisty side in defense, obviously has the ideal profile to replace the precious Tucker, in Wisconsin as in Florida. Also remember that he played for the Heat in 2019/2020, going all the way to the Finals, in the “bubble”, against the Lakers.
