Brooklyn ready to exchange its choices to go up to the Draft?

Still active around the Draft, Sean Marks would still be tempted to shake things up as Brooklyn will present himself next week in his Barclays Center with three choices, including two in the first round, the 21st and 22nd.

According to ESPN And the New York Postthe Nets would thus like to climb a little in the hierarchy, around the 15th choice in the ideal, and could consider adding some cash (up to 2.4 million dollars available for trade before July 1st), a choice of the second round or even a player to achieve it.

If Brooklyn seems motivated to activate for this Draft, it is in particular because the talent would be more important than the projections for 2024, but also in view of the profiles of “combo-guards” that Brooklyn would be looking for.

Get the best “combo-guard” still available?

Among the players listed by the Nets would be Kobe Bufkin (Michigan), Jalen Hood-Schifino (Indiana), Nick Smith Jr. (Arkansas), Cason Wallace (Kentucky), Keyonte George (Baylor) or even Jordan Hawkins (Connecticut). So many elements that would be expected in the Top 20.

Another player for whom Brooklyn would be particularly attentive: Bilal Coulibaly. If he could not be closely observed by the American franchises, his rating would have continuously climbed in recent weeks and his invitation to the “Green Room” also suggests a Draft in the first half of the first round.

The maneuver could thus allow Brooklyn to increase its percentage of chances of recovering it. For that, we will now have to find a franchise with which to set up a deal. After two not easy first matches in the final of the Betclic Elite playoffs with Boulogne-Levallois, Bilal Coulibaly will again be studied closely this evening for the third match against Monaco, at Roland-Garros (8:30 p.m.). Case to follow!
