The return of Ben Simmons is not for now. While the Nets infirmary will lose a longtime resident with the upcoming return of Kevin Durant and while Goran Dragic made his debut last night against the Bucks, Shams Charania announced that those of Ben Simmons will be delayed.
In question, back pain that appeared during the physical fitness phase of the player, whose last match played dates back to June 20. The former Sixers will therefore have to do strengthening exercises before being allowed to return to the floors.
No timetable for a 100% return has been specified as Brooklyn will no doubt reassess the situation on a day-to-day basis. It is therefore difficult to imagine seeing him on March 10 for the Nets’ trip to Philadelphia.
