After 2021 and 2022, the Basketball Africa League (BAL) will organize its third season in 2023, with again 12 teams engaged in two conferences.
Everything will start in Senegal on March 11, with the Sahara conference, before going to Egypt in April-May, for the Nile conference. Finally, after the final phase, the Finals will be played in Kigali, Rwanda, at the end of May.
As in 2022, young talents from the “BAL Elevate” will join the twelve teams (one per team). Last season, Tunisian club US Monastir won against Angolan club Petro de Luanda.
