Winners the day before the Bucks, the Spurs drop again. Victor Wembanyama is not there for this back-to-back, and the Heat takes the opportunity to win 105-103 on a shoot at the Bam Adebayo buzzer. In the same place as Jayson Tatum the day before against the Pelicans.
Solided in place of Wembanyama, Charles Bassey was flew over at the start of the match and Devin Vassell behaves as a boss, by his aggressiveness towards the circle and his attitude. On the Heat side, BAM ADEBAYO (30 pts, 12 RBDS, 9 pds) holds the barracks, whether it is to distribute the game or to score. At his side, Nikola Jovic hits the bull's eye. There is no time, and Keldon Johnson brings all his punch out of the bench. After twelve minutes, the two teams are still elbow: 33-33.
To stop this “Hourra Basket” rhythm, Erik Spoelstra takes out his zone defend, and the Heat takes the opportunity to sign an 8-0 with Terry Rozier (19 pts) as a trigger. On horseback on two quarters, Miami is even on an 11-0, and it is Harrison Barnes who stops the hemorrhage. Spurs are trying to play quickly, to avoid ending up on half a terrain. The end of half-time is unbridled with a 3-point contest, and Barnes, again, limits the breakage (60-56) while Tyler Herro plants a 3-point just after the mermaid.
On the return from the locker room, we find this basketball fairly unbridled, with a lot of waste, and fatigue is felt on the Spurs. Stephon Castle's partners are late on the shooters, and Rozier gave 11 points ahead (83-72). We think San Antonio at the edge of the KO but Keldon Johnson (19 pts) and Jeremy Sochan launch a 10-0 to attack the 4th quarter with only three points behind (85-82). And there, a change of physiognomy of the match since the two defenses take precedence over the attacks.
A crazy last minute
In Miami, the zone defense is in place, and only Harrison Barnes and Sandro Mamukelashvili manage to find flaws. “El Mamu” even equalizes on an And-1 (92-92), and behind Castle capsizes the room on a dunk in counter-attack. The Spurs are ironed in front (96-94). We then enter a real trench war, and the Spurs no longer mark a basket for four minutes! The Heat takes the opportunity to resume orders, and the end of the match is epic. It is Chris Paul who equalizes on two free throws 90 seconds from the end (101-101). Kel'el Ware is at the tap to restore the advantage to Miami, but Chris Paul, still answers him with a wonder of “Floater”!
The last minute is crazy. Heat archi-Domine the rebound, and Jovic then Herro, twice, have the ball of the win. They miss their 3 points, and it is Chris Paul who has the fate of the match in their hands. He plays the time before shooting his favorite “spot”, and miss! There are five seconds left. Miami-time, and the last system is for Adebayo. At 5, 6 meters, without trembling, and without Wembanyama to bother him, he terrace the Spurs with a buzzer!

What to remember
– No Wemby. According to Spurs' staff, Victor Wembanyama was suffering, and for this reason he missed his 6th game of the season.
– Place at Rodeo Trip. The Spurs abandon their room until March 3! They will start their traditional “Rodeo Trip” with a long journey on the go, but also two games in Austin, which will be recorded as home matches.
