Audience record for Game 4 between the Warriors and the Kings

The enormous enthusiasm around the series between the Kings and the Warriors is confirmed and continues. The first three rounds were a hit with viewers and Game 4, broadcast on TNT on Sunday, was even stronger.

Broadcast at 12:30 p.m. San Francisco time and 3:30 p.m. New York time, Golden State’s victory was followed by 7.52 million people, we learn Sports MediaWatch. That’s the biggest audience for a first-round match since a Lakers-Blazers in 2002! They were even 10.41 million viewers in front of their screen to watch the end of the match.

This audience is also the largest of the season and proof – if one more was needed – that this series is a passion, the four matches are among the ten largest audiences of the season.

These meetings are found in the company of three Christmas Eve posters, as well as the first game between the Clippers and the Suns, then to finish two of the series between the Lakers and the Grizzlies (Game 1, Game 3).
