At least the Knicks have OG Anunoby back

A true lucky charm for the Knicks since his arrival, since he had won 15 of his 17 games played with the New York franchise, OG Anunoby increased its balance sheet a little last night, with a setback in Chicago.

The winger was rather discreet (12 points in 29 minutes) but the main thing is that he is able to play.

“I’m happy that he’s back, that he’s healthy” confirms Jalen Brunson. “Obviously, with the loss, my judgment is a little clouded right now but I'm just happy he's healthy. »

Not sure that OG Anunoby has definitively put his elbow injury aside, but with the announcement of the end of Julius Randle's season, his return to the floor is a reason for optimism for Tom Thibodeau's Knicks.

“He brings us size, a defender on the wings, offensive versatility, the ability to shoot and move without the ball”lists the coach on everything that the Englishman brings. “He can defend in several positions. He can play multiple positions offensively. It does a little bit of everything. And he is doing it well. »

It was not enough against the Bulls, the Knicks (45 wins – 32 losses) missing the opportunity to come back to level with Cleveland (46-31) in third place in the Eastern Conference, Josh Hart notably being expelled .
