All-Rookie Teams | With Victor Wembanyama, but without Bilal Coulibaly

After awarding all its individual trophies, the NBA resumes its awards distribution this week by revealing its best five of the season. As usual, it starts with the All-Rookie Teams and we find, of course, the Rookie of the year Victor Wembanyama.

“Wemby” actually appears in the “ All-Rookie First Team » and, unsurprisingly, it still has unanimous support. The Frenchman from Spurs is accompanied by Chet Holmgren (Thunder) and Brandon Miller (Hornets), the two other finalists for the ROY 2024 title, as well as Jaime Jaquez Jr. (Heat) and Brandin Podziemski (Warriors).

No really surprising decisions from the different voters and this therefore leaves us with a “ All-Rookie Second Team ” made of Keyonte George (Jazz), Cason Wallace (Thunder), G.G. Jackson II (Grizzlies), Amen Thompson (Rockets) and Derek Lively II (Mavericks).

Among the main absentees from these two teams, we list among others Scoot Henderson (Blazers), Ausar Thompson (Pistons), Cam Whitmore (Rockets), Marcus Sasser (Pistons) and Trayce Jackson-Davis (Warriors). Without forgetting Bilal Coulibaly (Wizards), the other French rookie in sight this season.
