December 25, 2022 will remain as a special day for Dirk Nowitzkiwho attended the inauguration of his statue in front of the American Airlines Center, for his 21 years spent in Dallas and his title of NBA champion in 2011, the only one in the franchise.
To accompany this inauguration, the Mavericks had produced a three-minute clip, broadcast on the big screen and retracing the course of the Wunderkid in Dallas. From his hesitant beginnings to his evolution to the rank of world icon, passing through the 2011 championship title, his rise to power, his disappointments too, and sometimes the injuries that have marked these 21 seasons.
The Texas franchise posted the clip titled “All Four One” on its Youtube channel.
