A seventh “Tokyo Nights” colorway for the Stewie 3

Puma decided to send force to Breanna Stewartengaged in the playoffs with the New York Liberty, while an explosive semi-final presents itself against the Las Vegas Aces. The Stewie 3 has indeed benefited from a new color called “Tokyo Nights”, inspired by the nocturnal colors of the Japanese megalopolis, the most populous in the world with more than 38 million inhabitants. It’s twice New York!

The upper sports two shades of blue, between a light blue on the upper part, and darker at its base. The whole is completed by patterns in black, yellow and pink referencing Tokyo nights. The finishes, such as the player's logo on the tongue or the Puma logo on the heel, also stand out in yellow. Finally, the sole contrasts everything with a bright pink.

The Puma Stewie 3 “Tokyo Nights” has been available since midnight on Basket4Ballers at the price of 120 euros.

Our verdict on the Stewie 3

Puma capped off Breanna Stewart's stellar career by giving her a signature shoe line two years ago. After the Stewie 1 and the Stewie 2, we can note that the collection has retained its DNA in terms of design and technical characteristics. But above all, the shoe continues to improve with the Stewie 3 and that's the most important thing.

The improvements are minimal since only the arrangement of the midsole has really changed the model. On the other hand, we can highlight the work put into the details and finishes with this particularly successful floral theme.

We recognize the Puma tab at the waist, the toe cap and the sole. The pair is less light and perhaps less explosive than a Sabrina 2, but also corresponds to the profile of Breanna Stewart, who needs comfort as much as good support without neglecting the quality of rebound. In conclusion, Breanna Stewart and Puma are taking another step in the right direction with this Stewie 3, already crowned with Olympic success in Paris a week ago.
