After the “small” summer leagues in California and Salt Lake City, we're getting down to business with the Las Vegas summer league, the most watched and important of the summer since all thirty franchises will be present, and each team will play at least five games. The NBA 2K25 Summer League 2024 will take place from July 12 to 22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Pavilion at UNLV.
In total, there will be 76 matches, all broadcast on the League PassESPN platforms (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN+ and ESPN3) or on NBA TV. The first day is very rich with seven matches including a superb Hawks – Wizards, which will pit Zaccharie Risacher, the number 1 of the Draft, against Alexandre Sarr, his runner-up. It will be at 3:30 in the morning for France.
Sixteen French people on site!
Just before, we will be able to rediscover Bronny James in the Lakers jersey, but also Armel Traoré, and they will challenge the Rockets of Reed Sheppard, the 3rd choice of the Draft. In total, there are 16 Frenchmen with Risacher, Traoré and Sarr, but also Tidjane Salaün (Hornets), Melvin Ajinça (Mavericks), Pacôme Dadiet (Knicks), Nadir Hifi (Wolves), Théo Maledon (Magic), Moussa Diabate (Clippers), Killian Tillie (Celtics), Mohamed Diarra (Lakers), Neal Sako (Heat), Hugo Besson (Bucks), Ousmane Dieng (Thunder), Rayan Rupert (TrailBlazers), Yves Pons and Lucas Dufeal (Kings) and Sidy Cissoko (Spurs).
After the first four matches of each team, the four best teams will qualify to participate in the semi-finals on Sunday, July 21. The final will take place on Monday at 3:00 a.m., for the French.
The four teams will be determined based on each team's winning percentage in their first four games, with several criteria to decide between them.
