A KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” to launch Pink October

After bringing the KD 3 out of the box in 2023, the comma brand kept its bet to relaunch the KD 4 in 2024. Several models have already emerged, such as the “Year of the Dragon 2.0”, the “Weatherman”, the “Galaxy” or more recently the “Nerf”. This time, the shoe released in 2012 will launch the “pink October” campaign aimed at promoting breast cancer screening as it should, since it is the very first KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” which resurfaces today.

As a reminder, the series was launched in tribute to Pearl Williams, one of Kevin Durant's aunts who died of breast cancer. We therefore find pink on most of the upper and the sole, a Nike logo and the player's logo in black on the strap covering the laces and on the heel. The rear part of the shoe is decorated with a “pearl” print which then disappeared on the following models, giving way to more refined patterns.

The KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” has been available since midnight on Basket4Ballers at the price of 150 euros.
