2024 Olympics: LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant will go to Paris!

Unsurprisingly, because they had announced their intention to do so in October, LeBron James, Kevin Durant And Stephen Curry will lead Team USA during the next Paris 2024 Olympic Games! Information that comes to us from ESPNwhich specifies that 11 of the 12 names in this selection are already known.

Thus, in addition to the LeBron – Durant – Curry trio, we will also find without too much surprise Joel Embiid, Anthony Davis, Jayson Tatum, Devin Booker, Anthony Edwards, Bam Adebayo, Tyrese Haliburton and finally Jrue Holiday, in order to defend the American colors in Lille then in the French capital. Offering us a veritable armada that has nothing to envy of the teams of 1992, 2008 or even 2012…

United States – Serbia on July 28

Team USA's opponents have therefore been warned and it now remains to know the identity of the last player to play under the orders of Steve Kerr this summer. He is inevitably in the pre-selection of 41 names revealed in January but, what is certain is that the Americans will be the overwhelming favorites to win a fifth consecutive gold medal.

As a reminder, the UNITED STATES will be in Pool C in the group stage, with Serbia, South Sudan and the winner of the San Juan TQO (Italy, Puerto Rico, Bahrain, Lithuania, Mexico or Ivory Coast). Their first match is scheduled for July 28 at 5:15 p.m. against Serbia, before continuing on July 31 at 9 p.m. against South Sudan, and concluding this first round on August 3 at 5:15 p.m. against the winner of the TQO from Puerto Rico.
