Noah Syndergaard turns to hypnosis to find success

All means are good to try to turn the tide when we experience failures in a sphere of our life.

When it comes to our work and our position “may be at stake”, many are willing to try out-of-the-ordinary solutions to regain success.

Talk to Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Noah Syndergaard who is turning to hypnosis to battle his troubles on the mound in early 2023.

Since the start of the season, “Thor” has only won one in seven starts. He suffered three losses, in addition to maintaining a high 6.12 earned run average.

In 32 1/3 innings, he allowed 22 runs, all earned. The 30-year-old athlete confided in journalist Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times.

I will try any resource that will allow me to regain success.

In recent weeks, Syndergaard claims to have participated in several sessions where he was placed in a room without light, with a mask over his eyes. The specialist Brent Walker then spoke to him gently to help him find his bearings.

I have done a lot of meditation and relaxation sessions in the past. It’s kind of the same with hypnosis. You have to bring your body into a deep state to connect with your mind.

The right-handed pitcher, who signed a one-year contract with the Dodgers for 2023, could miss some action in the coming days, however, as he suffered a right index finger injury before his departure that he was due to perform this week.

A little extra rest might allow him to do a few more hypnosis sessions.
