It would be played between the Yankees and the Braves for Freddie Freeman

That’s it. For more than three hours, the baseball planet has started to turn again. And it feels really good, we’ll tell each other.

And according to what is circulating, the market is in turmoil. Obviously.

Expect 72 hours quite intense, in fact.

There will be small signings, but everyone wants to know where the big pieces of the puzzle will go next.

And the first domino to fall could be Freddie Freeman.

According to multiple sources, the two most prominent teams on the case right now are the Braves and the Yankees.

The Dodgers (my prediction for months) would also be there, obviously in third place in the Derby.

No Blue Jays news on file.

The presence of the Yankees is interesting since the club needs a first baseman, a left-handed hitter and an experienced guy. Freeman is the perfect guy.

But above all, the club needs offensive. And according to reports, Brian Cashman intends to add players “who will please the fans”.

Will it go through Freeman? Carlos Correa, who had his medical records filed on the Yankees desk? Matt Olson via trade?

I don’t know, but it shouldn’t go through Kris Bryant, whose name never got around to the Yankees because of his position. In his case, without the Mets in the picture, the door seems open in Seattle.

Yes, rumor season is well and truly on. It will be interesting to follow the developments since with a camp which will open in three days, the signatures will explode.

72 pretty intense hours, I was telling you.
