Domestic violence: reliever Jimmy Cordero’s season is over

Surprise in Major League Baseball.

New York Yankees reliever Jimmy Cordero will see his season end due to a domestic violence suspension.

Cordero finds himself among the heaviest cases in terms of matches. After all, many players are suspended for 15-25 games.

Roberto Osuna, Domingo German and Trevor Bauer were among the most punished and Cordero now invites himself into this group. So he must have done something big.

But obviously, MLB can’t disclose what happened.

Note that the Yankees have issued a press release to indicate that they agree with the process. The club also condemned the gesture of the relief pitcher.

I fully expect the Yankees to cut ties with him this offseason. After all, it is not essential on the ground as such, we will tell each other.

Will he get another chance? I doubt.
