Trevor Lawrence (Jaguars) withdraws for the end of the season

Trevor Lawrence (QB, Jaguars) will probably not return to the field this season. The Jaguars have just announced on their X account that the quarterback has been placed on injured reserve. Even though Lawrence can theoretically only miss four games, he only has five left. And given the Jaguars' record, 2 wins for 10 losses, the Florida staff will surely not take any risks.

Affected by a terrible tackle from Azeez Al-Shair (LB, Texans) which also earned him a suspension, Trevor Lawrence is still in the league's concussion protocol. Already injured in the left shoulder, this is the straw that breaks the camel's back. The former number one in the draft has stats of 2,045 yards at 60% success, 11 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. In the absence of Trevor Lawrence, it is Mac Jones (QB) who should logically continue to act as interim manager.
