The Harden Vol. 8 has had its small success, thanks to its technical qualities, its support and its futuristic design, quite unique on the market. Above all, the model brought out the personality of James Harden with a separate model on the market. A specificity that adidas will endeavor to maintain on the Harden Vol. 9, expected in early 2025.
The official images of this first “Year Of The Snake” colorway also lean towards this trend while the Snake will be in the spotlight in China, where the 2025 calendar will begin on January 28.
A bit on the same principle as the previous year, this time we can see a side TPU “cage” covering the upper matched with three thin bands. In a “Yeezy” style, it also preserves the fitted collar which made the Harden Vol.8 unique. We will also find “Boost” cushioning and “Lighstrike” foam, trademarks of the Clippers' backside signature line, to make up the midsole.
For this first colorway, the purple upper is decorated with a very successful “snake skin” pattern. The whole is completed by touches of black and red. The Harden Vol. 9 does not yet have an official release date. Its price should be around 160 dollars.
