Heading to the G-League for Bronny James

Now that the Lakers have returned from their (disappointing) five-game “road trip”, it is time to Bronny James to go to the G-League, as could be expected and as now confirmed ESPN.

The big debut of LeBron James' son with the South Bay Lakers should take place on Saturday, against the Salt Lake City Stars, after a final stint on the bench. Los Angeles Friday, for the Philadelphia reception.

A new turning point in the already agitated and pressured start to the season for Bronny James who, in addition to having walked the floor with his father on the opening night, was able to score his first points in the NBA in Cleveland, where he spent a good part of his youth there.

The 55th pick of the last Draft, who has participated in four games with the Lakers so far, will now be able to concentrate more on his game, the pressure in the G-League obviously being less. He will play, among others, alongside Armel Traoré, Jalen Hood-Schifino and Christian Koloko, while ESPN stresses that the 20-year-old should only play South Bay's home games.
