DeAndre Hopkins sent to the Kansas City Chiefs!

According to ESPN, the Tennessee Titans and the Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a trade for receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

According to NFL Media, the Chiefs are sending a 5th round Draft which can be converted into a 4th round depending on the performance of the player and the team.

Facing injury issues at the position (Brown, Rice, Smith-Schuster), the Chiefs needed help at the position. Still undefeated, but facing problems on offense, the Chiefs front office is therefore aggressive in trying to help Patrick Mahomes.

By arriving at the Chiefs, the 32-year-old receiver sees one of his last chances to finally win a Super Bowl.

DeAndre Hopkins, the missing piece for the hat-trick?

Kansas City is not one of the best aerial attacks in the country. With Patrick Mahomes at quarterback, this may prove to be an anomaly. However, the Chiefs staff is trying to correct it with the addition of a new receiver. With such an experienced receiver, and still capable of incredible receptions, the Chiefs quarterback should enjoy himself.

The five-time All-Pro has been playing in Tennessee since the 2023 season. After 2 seasons truncated by injuries in Arizona, he achieved his 7th season with more than 1,000 receiving yards, in addition to 7 touchdowns last season.

With this exchange, DeAndre Hopkins therefore moves from a quarterback duo Will Levis – Mason Rudolph to Patrick Mahomes. We have seen worse developments at this level when it comes to throwing the ball to him…
