Only 23 years old and a Chicago native, Horton-Tucker has just spent two seasons with the Jazz where he averaged 10.5 points. An NBA champion with the Lakers, he arrives in a franchise close to reconstruction after the departures of DeMar DeRozan to the Kings and Alex Caruso to the Thunder, but also the incessant rumors of a transfer of Zach LaVine.
