The Warriors will also test Troy Brown Jr.

The Warriors are among the franchises that still have roster spots. Golden State has only 13 guaranteed contracts and can therefore sign two players before the start of the campaign.

And there are logically several who are interested in these places alongside Stephen Curry. We know that Davis Bertans will meet with the Bay Area franchise, in order to be able to join the “training camp” in San Francisco, and hope to make a good enough impression there to convince the management to keep him.

ESPN adds that Troy Brown Jr. will also be tested ahead of the start of Warriors training camp.

The guard/winger (25 years old, 2m01) is in fact without a club, even though he was chosen in 15th position by the Wizards in 2018. And he was a long-time starter for the Lakers of LeBron James and Anthony Davis, in 2022/23, in a team that had nevertheless reached the conference final.

But his “Swiss army knife” side has never allowed him to establish himself in the long term in a club, while he has already known five franchises (Washington, Chicago, LA Lakers, Minnesota and Detroit) in six years in the Major League.
